Mark Anderson's Bikes

Mark Anderson lives in Webster, NY. I met him online during a discussion about ice racing. Mark [the 'A' of AR Streetracker until the Fall of 1999] built all of the bikes on this page. Above: Yamaha 650/750 powered Staracer framed ice racing machine. Just beautiful craftsmanship. Above: This Staracer frame was for a XR500 Honda that Mark changed to accommodate the Suzuki DR500 motor. There are 98 one-off pats on this bike, some of which were welded up into assemblies. Above: Mark built 9 of these Yamaha 650 streettrackers - all the same except for color, and one was a 750. Above: Mark racing on the ice in 1981.
